Chicken 65...

     Salam Semua...apa khabar...? harap semua sihat...minta maaf banyak2 tuan umah asyik tenggelam timbul jer...macam biasa la ek...sebok tak tentu hala...huhu...InsyaAllah ummi akan cuba mula bersiaran balik...tamo skip2 dah klu boleh....ni azam tahun baru nih...hehe...bband pon dah ader ni..bleh la ummi bersengkang mata menyelongkar dapor2 yang sentiasa terbuka tuh...jaga2 yer Cik Salmah...hehe...
     Dah banyak kali bersiaran sumer manis2 belaka je kan..kuih-muih pon yang manis2 jer..yang masin2 ni satu pon xder yer..huhu...ok lah..kali ni kita stop pasal kuih jap, kita cerita pasal lauk lah...hasil dan berkat ummi meronda2 kat dapor2 dan gobok kat umah rakan2 blogger haritu ni, ummi ternampak pulak la ...lauk ayam feberet ummi anak beranak ni...asal g lepak kedai mamak je mesti order ni...ayam tandoori disebat dengan cheese naan...huihh... feveret sekelian alam tuh..huhu...tapi resepi kali ni bukanlah ayam tandoori...rasa sama dah..tapi nama je lain...tataw la nape...Chicken 65 pulak perginya...ape maksud no. 65 tu pon ummi tataw...rasa memang mabeles...klu amek seketol tu tak cukup lah..mesti nak 2,3...baru puas..tu sekali hadap tuh...belom 2,3 kali hadap lagik..hehe...
     Ok, resepi kali ni ummi hendap kat dapor kak waheedeana77...belek2 bahan sampai terliur ummi...punyerla senang....napelah dari dulu lagi tak jumpa resepi nih...pas ni nak cari resepi cheese naan pulak lah...huhu....terima kasih ye kak waheedeana77...resepi asal dari amma love...minta izin kopipes kat sini...

CHICKEN 65
Ingredients :~
3 pcs boneless chicken breasts ~ cleaned, skinned, cut into medium size (may also use any other part of the chicken) -ummi guna seekor ayam dipotong 12-
2 tbsp garlic-ginger paste -8 ulas bawang putih & 3 inci halia ditumbuk-
150ml plain yogurt
2-3 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder -ummi jadikan 1 1/2 tbsp-
salt
1 tsp vinegar -ummi letak 3 tbsp-
1/2 tsp orange/red food colouring -ummi guna pewarna merah 2 tsp-
2 sprigs curry leaves -3 tangkai daun kari-
1 pc lime ~ juice extracted
2 onions ~ cut into rings (garnishing)




*ummi perap selama 1 jam stgh* 
 
cooking oil Method :~

1. In a bowl, mix chicken with garlic-ginger paste, yogurt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, color and curry leaves. Leave to marinate for about 1 hour (the longer the better).
2. Heat oil in wok, deep-fry the chicken together with the curry leaves till cooked. Dish out.
3. Squeeze some lime juice over the chicken and serve together with onion rings.
This dish goes well with any rice/bread/naan.
